[Paul Wells]. ‘An Inventory is a detailed list of fixtures, fittings and Landlord items found within a rental property-this includes listing all decor(colours of paintwork, woodwork, flooring) and appliances-including brands and model numbers, furniture, crockery/kitchen items etc…

[Paul Wells]. ‘I started Online Inventory Solutions Limited in 1999 and slowly and successfully grew the business to what it is today. Working with only a select number of Clients we build strong relationships and continuity over a long period of time.
Our unique service aided by our unique Online Booking Management system means the Inventory process takes care of itself. With referencing, gas safety certificates, preparation of Tenancy agreements etc. all to be dealt with prior to the start of a Tenancy, our clients know that, our Inventory Clerks will be fully prepared and produce a Report of the highest quality.

[Paul Wells]. ‘Yes, as an Inventory clerk you get to see some great properties and meet all types of different people, some good some bad…each day is different, but always interesting. Our service is focused on London and the surrounding areas. We provide a short-notice, professional service aided by our unique Online Booking Management system; free to use for all our Clients. Our Inventories are fair and conducted from an independent viewpoint’
[TLD - Question]. Why do I need an Inventory?
[Paul Wells]. ‘If your a Landlord, an Inventory is a very important document to safeguard your investment. It is now generally accepted that the compilation of a detailed Inventory and Schedule of Conditions is a necessity and no longer simply an option for Landlords and tenants.
The reports we compile at the outset and termination of tenancies are detailed, concise, well presented, and tailored to leave no element of doubt. This means that at the end of a Tenancy, any dispute between a Landlord and a Tenant can be resolved quickly using the evidence from the comprehensive written and photographic record compiled in our Inventory reports. This allows property managers to broker agreements between parties without the need to revert to the Dispute Service’
